Menopause in Twins

Question:

Please tell me: How long does menopause last? Is it different in twins?

Answer:

Perimenopause can last six or more years, including up to a year after menopause. Claims have been made that twins have a higher incidence of early-onset menopause, but we have no information about differences once the process has begun
