Doctor says I have a stricture. He doesn't elaborate, or talk about it . He just says use estrogen cream. He doesn't even say for how long.  I have used it for over a 60 day period and it is still too painful to have any sexual activity. what can I do to soften the tissue and eliviate the pain. I still want to enjoy sex with my husband.
