Breast Tenderness Treatment

Breast tenderness may not be a new symptom for you as you get closer to menopause. Still, if you've lived your menstruating life with breast tenderness there are ways to reduce the discomfort and bring yourself some relief.

Conventional Approach: Reduce both your salt and caffeine intake. Then start taking flax seed oil on a daily basis.
