Symptoms & Treatment of Perimenopause
Even though I use the word symptom it is important to remember that perimenopause is a natural and normal stage of a woman's life and not a disease that can be cured. Some women will have experienced some, or all of the signs, associated with the onset of menopause as a regular part of their menstrual cycle over the years. If this is you, please read on. You may glean some good advice for reducing these symptoms in the pages ahead. The lines between perimenopause, menopause and post menopause is fuzzy and very shifty. I would suggest that you read all the sections no matter what stage you feel you are at. Try to make space in your head, and your schedule, for the changes that are before you. Resist the urge to resist and indulge yourself in a healthy lifestyle.
